Returns & Refunds
WE HANDLE EACH RETURN & REFUND CASE-BY-CASE WITH THE GOAL OF MAKING OUR CLIENTS HAPPY. WE STAND BEHIND OUR PACKAGING AND WE WANT EVERY CLIENT TO BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE.
We do not accept returns on custom packaging. Once a PDF proof has been approved by you, the customer, and your order has been sent to production, orders can no longer be cancelled and/or payment refunded. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't sipping happy, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
All of Yayyy's products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the stock and it’s properties are appropriate/accurate prior to the time of purchase. However, if you want to exchange the size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for both ways and we only accept exchange of undamaged products. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
If you notice your shipment is missing please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you resolve the issue. For damaged shipments, let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box. We are happy to cover the cost of replacing a damaged or lost product due to our error.
Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed.
