Q: Are you ISO certified?

We are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified, meaning that our factory has the highest quality control management. 

Q: Do you have eco-friendly, biodegradable and compostable packaging?

Q: Do you have product discounts?

We do offer volume discounts, which vary depending on the item. Please contact us for more details.

Q: When will I get my order?

Stock items usually take 5-7 days. Custom items usually take 8-10 weeks not included shipping.

Q: Can I return my order if it is damaged?

If it is damaged please contact our customer service, and we will handle this promptly in light of actual circumstances. For more details please visit Returns & Refunds.

Q: Can I exchange the size?

All of Yayyy's products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the stock and it’s properties are appropriate/accurate prior to the time of purchase. However, if you want to exchange the size, please contact us at info@yayyy.co within 2 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for both ways and we only accept exchange of undamaged products. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Q: Can I return?

We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our clients happy. We do not accept returns on custom packaging. Once a PDF proof has been approved by you, the customer, and your order has been sent to production, orders can no longer be cancelled and/or payment refunded. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't sipping happy, please contact us at info@yayyy.co within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Q: Why didn't my order ship the same day as I ordered it?

The most common reason is that your order was received after 4 pm EST. Another possible reason is the order was placed on a holiday or a weekend. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders received outside of our shipping days and times will ship the following business day.

Q: What other supplies do you have?

Our fine products are offered to a wide array of industries including: general food industries, coffee & tea and more. Q: What is a one-way degassing valve?

One-Way Degassing Valve is critical to maximizing coffee bean's freshness by allowing freshly roasted coffee to degas inside the package.

Q: What does the one-way degassing valve do?

Our one-way degassing valve allows coffee to be packaged immediately after roasting without the concern of coffee degradation. The freshness of your coffee is kept intact as the valve releasees carbon dioxide while keeping O2 away from the beans. Your customers will never be faced with stale coffee again. Installing our one-way degassing valve is a must for coffee packaging.
